This is only an indicative list of what you will need to be studying for the Final Exam. It is very similar to the Mid-Term material, with a couple additions. Material for 20/5/2020 Session:
Most of the class time was dedicated in preparation for the Final Exam, which will be 'open book' and held on the 27/5/2020 at 9.00-11.00 am (Please note 9.00 am start, not 9.30 am, I wasn't sure during class discussion). Students present practiced with the mock exam and had the opportunity to download the Respondus Lockdown browser and get acquainted with the environment. You absolutely MUST go to the mock exam and practice, in order to 'prepare' your computer beforehand! You can take this ungraded exam at your leisure in the next few days.
We will meet, as usual, at the Collaborate platform at 8.30 am, in order to address any last minute questions and take attendance.
Collaborate Session code for 27/5, to enter during the exam:
https://eu.bbcollab.com/guest/00e3863a83b34d6281c365bc1c90ac57
I recommend you enter this session with your mobile phone. You should stay connected to this session during the examination. I will not be able to answer questions regarding exam content, but will be present, in order to help address emergencies. Just like in the mid-term, a few minutes before 9.00 am, you will need to go to Moodle, in order to take the exam. It will be available at 9.00 am, precisely.
The format of the exam will be similar to the mid-term, with questions and answers randomly shuffled. There will be one essay question to answer (40 points, 20 available lines) with two choices 'a' or 'b'. ONLY answer ONE choice 'a' OR 'b' not both! There will also be two short answer questions to answer (20 points each, 9 available lines for each, answer them in the same available space, leaving a one-line gap between your two answers) with four choices 'a', 'b', 'c' or 'd'. ONLY answer TWO choices! Clearly mark which choice you are answering and leave a space between the two choices. There will also be 10 multiple Choice questions, 2 points each.
If you are unclear about all this, carefully watch today's lesson, see codes below. There will also be twenty multiple choice questions (2 points each).
The final exam material will include everything from the Mid-term, plus the material from the last two sessions (i.e. habits, see PowerPoint). There is one more URL for extra reading, press Kotter's picture to see his 8 step model.

Material for 13/5/2020 Session:
A discussion on the midterm and the upcoming final, together with the HW, preceded the new material. The final will be done using the 'open book' method, however you will be entering through 'Respondus', a lockdown browser. If you wish, look up 'Respondus for students on Moodle', on YouTube. We will be practicing the Final Exam (27/5, 9.30 am, on MOODLE) next week (20/5), with no grade. Make sure you show up!
The new material involved the (opposite) 'relationship' between habits and change. See the PP slides we covered.

MATERIAL FOR 29/4 SESSION:
We spent a lot of time talking about the upcoming mid-term exam, Wednesday 6/5. You will need to enroll at MOODLE in order to take it. Should you be facing any problems, please communicate with me or the University's "Support" Department. The Mid-Term is 'open book', but you will still need to memorize some material and get organised! It includes 20 Multiple Choice and 20 True False questions, each worth 2 points. Both questions and answers will be shuffled, meaning you may get True False questions within Multiple Choice ones, and vice versa. There will also be a 25 line essay question, worth 20 points.
Please refer to the recorded sessions, below (3 different links for 3 different recordings) , for more details.
We also talked about change through history, in a PowerPoint sequence referred to as 'Change Thinkers'. Press on the PowerPoint image.

MATERIAL FOR 8/4 SESSION:
We talked about the type of leadership which is needed in a crisis situation. Listen to the recording of the class session and look up information on 'crisis leadership' on the net too. Also, read the two articles below by pressing on the pictures. We also examined the book 'Switch', for which there are lots of resources below. Make sure you watch all the videos and read all the relevant material!
